Sale document between Aqa Hasan and Muhammad Ibrahim, 1837
Sale document between Aqa Hasan Tajir [merchant], son of Haji ‘Abd al-Khaliq, and Haji Muhammad Ibrahim Tajir over parts of Kazim Abad property for one hundred and fifty tumans, dated 1837; Aqa Hasan had the power of attorney from Aqa ‘Abd al-Vahhab, son of Haji Husyan Tajir, and was the guardian of Haji Husyan’s two underage children. Haji Husyan’s wife had bestowed her share. On verso, in 1842, Haji Muhammad Ibrahim sold this property to Akhund Mulla ‘Ali in exchange for parts of Baqir Abad property in Rafsanjan in addition to one hundred and fifty tumans.

Settlement of Nisa’ Khanum and Mulla ‘Abd al-Husayn with Mirza Faraj Allah, 1803
Mulla ‘Abd al-Husayn (son of Mulla ‘Abd al-Rahim) and Nisa’ Khanum (daughter of Karbalayi Baqir) sell their residential house and garden in Surkhab, Tabriz, to Mirza Faraj Allah (son of Mirza Abu Muhammad the former sheriff of Tabriz) for seventeen tumans on behalf of themselves, as the guardians of the underage children of Mulla Muhammad Riza (Zayn al-‘Abidin and Jamal al-Din), and on behalf of Sara Baygum.

Dividing the inheritance of Sa‘id al-Mulk's daughters, 1874
Sa‘id al-Mulk's landed properties are divided among his three daughters, who have inherited them. Husaynquli Khan and Mirza Salih Khan represent their wives (Sa‘id al-Mulk's daughters) and Shahzadah Khanum represents Nusrat al-Dawlah, who is the guardian of the underage Zinat Taj Khanum. The document lists the properties and shares of each party; part of the shared property remained undivided for everyone's benefit.

Settlement of Khavar Sultan, daughter of the late Mashhadi Mir and wife of Haydar ‘Ali from Varnusfadiran, on behalf of her underage children, with Haji [Aqa Habib?] Khan, son of Mirza ‘Abbas from the same village; they exchange a piece of land in Farvand Muzaffari for eleven tumans and one hundred dinars, with forty misqals of Muhubin wheat for the detriment clause. Khavar Sultan's husband, Aqa Haydar ‘Ali, has guaranteed this settlement.

Settlement of Mirza Hasan ‘Ali (son of the late Mirza Muhammad Husayn Zari‘ [the farmer]), Farkhundah Khanum (daughter of Mashhadi Aqa Hufi; serving as the guardian of the late Mirza Muhammad Husayn's underage daughter), and Mahrukh Sultan (wife of the late Muhammad Husayn and daughter of the late Mirza Javad), with Haj Mahmud Tajir [the merchant] known as Namazi, son of Haj Ahmad Tajir, over a specific house in Shiraz for six hundred and fifty tumans.

A copy of listed properties, based on an earlier settlement, that belonged to Gawhar Taj Khanum, younger daughter of Ibrahim Khan Sa‘d al-Dawlah, amongst her grandsons, Mahdikhan (son of Husayn Khan Iftikhar Nizam), and Zayn al-‘Abidin Khan, Ibrahim Khan, and ‘Isa Khan (sons of ‘Ali Akbar Khan Salar As‘ad). Ghulamhusayn Khan ‘Amiri Sardar Mujallal (their grandfather and Gawhar Taj Khanum's husband) and ‘Ali Akbar Khan Salar As‘ad are the guardians of these four underage children.
